Ableton Live

What’s a Micro Course?

In a nutshell: 12hrs of highly focused training from an Ableton Certified Trainer for R3000.

Our Ableton Micro Courses are ultra-short courses that take place over a single weekend. They are highly focused so you can get a quick download of knowledge and then get right into making the music you want to make.

The courses typically run over a single weekend, from 09:00 – 16:00 on Saturday and Sunday and are broken down into 4 separate sessions:

Saturday
Session 1: 09:00 – 12:00
Lunch
Session 2: 13:00 – 16:00

Sunday
Session 3: 09:00 – 12:00
Lunch
Session 4: 13:00 – 16:00

Each session consists of 2hrs learning time and 1hr assisted practical in which students have time to apply what they have learnt with the assistance of the tutor.

The courses are taught in small classes, maximum 6 students per class, so you can be sure that you will be able to get individualised attention when you need it. Each student also has access to a workstation with Ableton Live for the duration of the course.
